Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Painting and Fiberglass Assistant to support vehicle surface preparation, painting, and fiberglass molding, with enthusiasm for learning and manual skills. Workshop, tool, and equipment maintenance Position Profile: Painting and Fiberglass Assistant Position Objective We seek a proactive, eager-to-learn individual to support our team in vehicle surface preparation, painting, and fiberglass molding tasks. If you have basic knowledge, enjoy hands-on work, and wish to enhance your skills, this position is for you! Main Responsibilities * **Surface Preparation:** Assist in sanding, cleaning, and masking (taping) parts and body panels to prepare them for painting. * **Fiberglass Support:** Assist in preparing, mixing, and applying fiberglass and fillers under the guidance of senior technicians. * **Painting Assistance:** Support in applying base coats or simple finishes, and assist in final vehicle polishing. * **Area Maintenance:** Keep the workshop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use. Requirements and Skills * **Basic Knowledge:** Prior familiarity with painting processes and basic fiberglass handling. * **Attitude:** Strong eagerness to learn, teamwork orientation, and self-improvement mindset! We do not seek an expert, but a motivated individual. * **Manual Dexterity:** Attention to detail, carefulness, and enjoyment of practical workshop work. * **Responsibility:** Commitment to work, punctuality, and willingness to follow basic safety instructions.
