Analyze performance metrics and prepare clear reports The Performance Manager is the professional responsible for translating each client’s business objectives into measurable and cost-effective digital marketing strategies. This role makes data-driven decisions, manages advertising investment, and ensures each account has clear direction, a defined calendar, and results that justify the commercial relationship. This person is responsible for generating appointments for clients via Meta Ads and Google Ads. **Job Description** * Manage Meta and Google Ads advertising platforms, including creating, optimizing, and continuously monitoring active campaigns to maximize results. * Design quarterly and monthly marketing strategies for each assigned account, defining objectives, target audiences, budgets, tactics, execution channels, etc. * Organize advertising and organic content calendars, establishing key dates and specific objectives in coordination with the *Content Strategist* and production logistics. * Analyze performance metrics and prepare clear, decision-oriented reports—not just numerical summaries. * Design offers and value propositions for seasonal campaigns, product or service launches, and special promotions. * Coordinate with the Content Strategist to ensure produced content aligns with the defined strategy. * Keep each account’s information organized and up-to-date in Notion so the entire team operates with consistent information. * Communicate results and updates clearly, structurally, and within agreed timelines to the Account Manager. * Implement advanced segmentation for different markets and countries, adapting campaigns to cultural and consumption-specific characteristics. * Manage and forecast marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and maximizing return on investment. * Evaluate the impact of audiovisual content by analyzing its performance and providing recommendations to improve communication effectiveness. * Stay updated on marketing trends, applying emerging tools, best practices, and innovations to benefit each account.
