We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** **What does this role involve?** * Supervise and ensure that products from packaging lines meet established specifications, prevent risks to personnel safety, guarantee quality and food safety, and achieve business efficiency and productivity goals. Key Challenges of the Role * Supervise startup and operation of production lines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Guarantee adherence to the production plan through continuous monitoring of KPIs and immediate implementation of corrective actions. * Verify staff attendance and coordinate operational coverage in response to contingencies or absences. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Process, and Services departments to ensure line operational continuity. * Promote operational efficiency through waste reduction, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to standards and PTPs. **Requirements** Who are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing plants. * Knowledge of BPM, HACCP, FSSC 22000, IPERC, and LOTO. * Leadership, results orientation, teamwork, and safety focus. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
