We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing of locks and security devices.

On behalf of our client, **CANTOL**, a leader in the manufacturing of locks and security devices, we are currently seeking a "**PRODUCTION OPERATOR**" (male candidates only) for **ATE** (Los Calderos Street \- Reference: 5 blocks from **Santa Anita Roundabout**).
**Employment Conditions:**
* Full payroll registration, including all statutory benefits.
* **Base salary: S/ 1150** \+ Transportation allowance \+ Family allowance \+ Night shift bonus \+ Food card \+ Overtime pay \= S/ 1300 to S/ 1700 Soles. (Paid biweekly).
* Ongoing training with SENATI and career path programs.
**Rotating Shift Schedule: Biweekly**
* Morning shift \- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
* Afternoon shift \- 3:15 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
* Night shift \- 10:00 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (occasional, every two months)
**Requirements:**
* Completed secondary education certificate and updated Labor Unique Certificate (CUL).
* COVID-19 vaccination card (minimum 2 doses).
* Peruvian male candidates, aged 19 to 47.
