Productive Learning Facilitator to implement socioemotional modules, life project modules, and financial education with diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of socioemotional and educational modules.
2. Working with children, adolescents, caregivers, and teachers.
3. Training and accompaniment in community contexts.
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**FFTH** is seeking a Productive Learning Facilitator to ensure the implementation of socioemotional skills modules, life project modules, and financial education modules targeting caregivers, children, adolescents, and teachers, in coordination with communities, educational institutions, and local partners.
**A successful candidate will have the following…**
· Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and caregivers in educational and community settings.
· Proven experience delivering sessions, workshops, or training processes, preferably within communities and with a gender and intercultural focus for adults.
· Additional training in social management or pedagogy in education is desirable.
**Your responsibilities will include…**
· Supporting teachers in replicating socioemotional and life project sessions to integrate participatory practices in the classroom.
· Contextualizing and socializing the socioemotional and life project manual with educational institutions (IE) and partners to adapt content to the local cultural and linguistic context.
· Training caregivers on socioemotional modules to reinforce their role in family support.
· Conducting outreach, awareness-raising, and information activities with school parent-teacher associations, communal soup kitchens, milk distribution programs, community-based child protection networks (PRONOI), popular dining rooms, and strategic partners.
· Monitoring and providing feedback on caregiver participation to strengthen continuity of the training process.
