Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Lead the definition and evolution of the roadmap for assigned programs in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring initiative prioritization aligned with strategic objectives, business needs, and execution capacity. * Actively participate in the ideation, conceptualization, and design of strategic initiatives, challenging and validating definitions with local and global stakeholders to ensure feasibility. * Manage the project portfolio under your responsibility end-to-end, ensuring delivery of milestones, scope, timelines, and quality standards. * Adapt and implement global guidelines, standards, and best practices locally, coordinating closely with global Program Managers. * Support and develop Product Owners linked to the programs by providing mentoring and coaching to strengthen their autonomy, prioritization capability, and results orientation. * Drive effective application of agile principles and practices, promoting work dynamics that increase execution speed. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
