We are currently seeking a **Proposal Engineer** with solid experience in preparing technical-economic proposals for electromechanical projects in the mining and oil & gas sectors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 7 years of experience preparing technical-economic proposals for electromechanical projects in the mining and oil & gas sectors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience using MS Project. * Experience using AutoCAD. * Experience analyzing technical specifications, tender documents, and project scopes. * Experience preparing budgets, quantity take-offs, and valuations. * Ability to coordinate with engineering, operations, and logistics departments during proposal preparation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare technical-economic proposals for electromechanical projects. * Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements. * Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and required technical documentation for proposals. * Request and consolidate technical and commercial information from various involved departments. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations. * Prepare execution schedules using MS Project. * Participate in technical and commercial meetings related to proposals. * Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements established by the client. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity to join a company involved in major mining and energy projects. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Work location: Miraflores, Lima. * Excellent work environment and job stability.
