Review and approve procedures, specifications, and test methods **Job Description:** A leading company in the sector is seeking a **Quality Control Manager**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Pharmacy and Biochemistry. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position * Knowledge of management systems * Knowledge of GLP and GMP * Knowledge of physicochemical and instrumental analysis * Familiarity with NTP\-ISO/IEC\-17025 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage analysis processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure timely analytical results classified as “approved” or “rejected”. * Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices to guarantee reliability of analytical results. * Review and approve procedures, specifications, tables, test methods, and work instructions to maintain up-to-date departmental documentation. * Plan and coordinate implementation of programs and maintenance activities to keep standards, reagents, equipment, and other quality control area materials updated, thereby ensuring analytical conformity. * Continuously evaluate quality control department personnel according to departmental and corporate needs to ensure qualified staff. * Schedule validations of equipment, techniques, and processes to ensure that the analytical procedures employed are optimal for their intended use. * Evaluate departmental management indicators to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Manage working hours of assigned personnel. * Proactively identify critical points and propose and implement area improvements. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Compensation: Negotiable * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM * Work Modality: On-site * Location: Av.
