As an SAP FI Consultant at Deloitte, you will participate in SAP-based business transformation projects ranging from enhancements to already-implemented systems to new S/4HANA implementations. You will collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of solutions aligned with our clients’ requirements across one or more SAP modules. By gaining deep insight into clients’ businesses, you will propose creative, industry best-practice-based solutions to improve organizational processes. You will be involved in all project lifecycle phases—including test definition, execution, and end-user training—developing your ability to effectively apply SAP knowledge in alignment with standard solution plans/approaches. Your experience will help guide our clients’ end users. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge backgrounds. What qualifications are required? * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related fields. * Experience: 0–2 years, preferably involving participation across various project stages in multiple SAP implementations (as an implementer or key user); familiarity with different project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, requirements analysis, and solution proposal; desirable experience in client-facing roles and in information technology implementation projects. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite; desirable tools for process flow diagramming, requirement management, user stories, service request and incident management tools, and functional SAP usage. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organizational skills, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, and passion for technology.
