This role involves close collaboration with field supervisors, clients, and technical teams to guarantee feasibility, regulatory compliance, and excellence in execution. **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university program in **Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Construction, or related fields**. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in scaffolding solution design. * **Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D**; familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, MS Project, or STAAD.Pro is desirable. * Knowledge in interpreting civil, mechanical, and structural drawings. * Understanding of safety regulations and temporary structures, as well as basic structural calculations. * Availability for on-site work and site visits. * Experience with ERP systems or document control software is desirable.
