Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technical Drafter with experience in engineering design for processing steel and special alloys, and equipment drawing development. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of standards and technical specifications **TAMA INGENIEROS S.A.C.** is a metal-mechanical manufacturing company that designs and develops engineering solutions for transforming steel and special alloys into equipment and machinery. It also manufactures components for use across various productive sectors. REQUIREMENTS: * Mechanical Technical Drafter or related field. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. * Advanced AutoCAD\- SolidWorks * Minimum 3 (three) years of work experience in functions related to this position. * Experience in equipment drawing development * Knowledge of standards and technical specifications, e.g., API 650, CEMA, AISC, ASME, AWS, ASTM. * Familiarity with ISO\-DIN tolerance standards (tolerances), surface finishes, and welding symbols. * Effective communication with the team * Responsibility and commitment to continuous improvement * Availability to work onsite in Lima\-Ate\-Vitarte BENEFITS: * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, and family allowance). * Compensation: S/ 3,500\- S/5,000 * Additional daily mobility bonus per day attended * Working hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 hrs to 17:20 hrs) * Opportunity to join a growing organization and develop alongside it. * Ongoing training.
