Job Summary: Fleet Coordinator will manage the vehicle fleet for LCS contracts and spot services nationwide, ensuring operationality and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate the national vehicle fleet. 2. Ensure fleet operationality and preventive/corrective maintenance. 3. Administer contracts with suppliers and optimize operational costs. We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the vehicle fleet required to fulfill LCS contracts and spot services nationwide — including both company-owned vehicles and those under supplier contracts — ensuring fleet operationality to guarantee service execution while complying with Quality Management System guidelines. What You Will Do Coordinate transportation supply for personnel and goods (tools) to ensure proper field service and project execution. Control unit accreditation at each client site. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet and logistical equipment, guaranteeing their availability, safety, and operational reliability. Administer contracts and relationships with transportation suppliers. Monitor operational costs and propose optimization initiatives. Coordinate allocation of vehicles from the company-owned fleet, organizing resources for mobilization and demobilization across various services. Plan, administer, and continuously monitor the leased fleet, optimizing its effective and efficient use while maintaining resources in optimal condition. Visit service sites to diagnose internal users’ needs on-site and assess how those needs are being met. Visit suppliers for periodic inspections and to ensure contractual compliance. Administration and custody of vehicle keys. • Supervise external workshop services across the country for maintenance activities. Negotiate service and spare parts pricing jointly with the Ipro area. • Channel fleet-related information from planners/administrators/logisticians responsible for vehicles under each contract. • Request roadside technical assistance when necessary. • Request spare parts quotations and coordinate recurring stock management with Ipro. • Coordinate vehicle transfers and pickups for services, projects, workshops, etc. • Coordinate vehicle renewal and maintain clear awareness of contract end dates. Jointly negotiate with the Ipro area the best vehicle leasing options (pricing and response time). Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor according to your job role. Who We Are Looking For University degree; licensed or graduate Engineer in Industrial Engineering or related fields Minimum 5 years of professional experience performing similar functions, managing transportation and negotiating with suppliers.
