**Job Description**
We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with solid experience in the mining sector to lead our human resource management strategy, organizational development, and labor relations across operations.
Your primary objective will be to align talent management with the company's operational and safety goals, ensuring an appropriate work climate, compliance with current labor regulations, and continuous development of our mine and office staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Strategy and Leadership:** Design and implement the strategic HR plan aligned with the mining unit's operational objectives.
* **Labor and Union Relations:** Lead collective bargaining strategies, prevention and resolution of labor disputes, maintaining transparent and fluid relationships with employees, representatives, and authorities.
* **Talent and Recruitment Management:** Oversee talent attraction, selection, and retention processes for operational, technical, and administrative positions.
* **Training and Development:** Design development programs, career plans, and continuous training initiatives, ensuring compliance with mining safety and hygiene standards.
* **Personnel Administration and Compensation:** Validate payroll administration, attendance control, leave management (temporary absences), and compensation and benefits structure.
* **Social Welfare and Culture:** Promote social welfare, occupational health, and diversity programs, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to mining labor legislation, labor audits, and official inspections.
**Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree and professional license in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
* **Postgraduate Studies:** Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, or Organizational Development is desirable.
* **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading HR departments in the **mining sector** (mandatory experience in mining operations or mining contractors).
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* In-depth knowledge of labor legislation applicable to the mining sector.
* Proven experience managing union relations and collective bargaining.
* Knowledge of atypical work regimes (mining shift systems).
