Position Summary: Responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, designing data capture methods, developing analytical models, and coordinating digital transformation initiatives to optimize operational excellence. Coordination of digital transformation projects Analyze operational data from LATAM plants—such as OEE, waste, conversion cost, and SPQDCM—to identify improvement opportunities and propose impact-prioritized initiatives. Design and propose methods for capturing, structuring, and standardizing operational data across plants in coordination with Operational Excellence facilitators and production teams; model the data and develop analytical dashboards in Power BI to support KPI tracking and decision-making. Coordinate the development of the COE’s digital transformation project by defining the data architecture and selecting applicable digital tools, thereby contributing to its implementation within the Operational Excellence Model. Develop descriptive and predictive analytical models to identify deviations in plant KPIs and propose preventive actions to responsible leaders. Document and standardize data analysis methodologies to facilitate replicability across plants and ensure knowledge continuity within the COE; prepare executive reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for the PMO Leader and Corporate EO Manager; research Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Agile benchmarks and best practices to propose enhancements to the SMI model and enable replication of good practices. Report incidents related to food quality and safety, as well as Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental matters, and manage appropriate corrective actions in routine activities—aiming to foster a positive culture of food safety, quality, continuous improvement, safety, health, and environmental stewardship. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or Continuous Improvement—ideally within industrial companies. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query; intermediate knowledge of SQL and Microsoft 365\. Desirable: Knowledge of Python or R, AI applied to data analysis, automation, and AI agents. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, process-based management, continuous improvement, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics. Intermediate English proficiency and competencies in customer focus, execution determination, agile mindset, and data-driven decision-making. Assessment includes a Business Case.
