Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage regulatory projects, define functional requirements, and ensure compliance with current regulations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage regulatory projects and interact with various departments. 2. Ensure business processes comply with current regulations. 3. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Project Manager: * Manage the Management’s regulatory projects within established timelines, interacting with various company departments and identifying bottlenecks or blockers, reporting them promptly to ensure adherence to deadlines. * Define and develop functional requirements for implementing regulations or adapting processes to current standards, plus monitoring status at each stage until production deployment and validation of implementation compliance. * Ensure assignment of an owner and proactively establish an alternative process if it becomes evident that the project cannot be executed within the scheduled timeframe. * Ensure business processes adapt to current regulations within regulated timeframes and that the company maintains all mandatory regulatory information stipulated in concession agreements, legal regulations, and requirements issued by OSIPTEL and the MTC. * Advise on and monitor contingency sources—including PAS, supervisory activities, information analysis, and regulator observations—to conduct targeted audits enabling the development of action plans aimed at mitigating regulatory sanction risks. * Design information reports for Management and compliance KPIs. * Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management. * Conduct preventive internal audits and participate in regulatory body or MTC supervision activities. * Participate in the Investment Committee, present project cost justification, and address regulatory contingencies. * Participate in standard project evaluations, including preparing technical or process-related comments supporting the company’s regulatory position regarding proposed regulatory changes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications Engineering, or Systems Engineering. * Knowledge of traditional and/or Agile project management standards. * Knowledge of risk management and process management. * Experience in project management and tracking, e.g., as PMO, PM, or PO. * Experience in regulated sectors or with regulatory bodies. * Desirable: experience in process auditing. * Prior experience of 1\-2 years in project management and information analysis roles. * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. * Basic-level Power BI proficiency. * Intermediate-level Bizagi proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
