This is how we develop mining—always aligned with change, driven by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Lead comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance management at the concentrator plant. * Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure maximum availability and reliability of critical plant equipment. * Manage the annual maintenance budget, controlling costs and optimizing resources. * Supervise internal staff and contractors, promoting high performance and safety standards. * Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Projects, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure operational continuity. * Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause analysis (RCA), condition-based maintenance (CBM), and continuous improvement strategies. * Supervise execution of major plant shutdowns, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met. * Manage maintenance KPIs such as availability, reliability, MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance, and costs. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards. * Promote standardization of maintenance procedures and best practices. * Manage timely procurement of critical spare parts and control strategic inventories. * Lead failure investigations and define corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Drive training and technical development of maintenance personnel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree and professional registration in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 8 years’ experience in concentrator plant maintenance within the mining sector. * Experience in expansion, modernization, and commissioning projects of concentrator plants, as well as maintenance electrical improvement projects. * Master’s degree in Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Administration, or Engineering is desirable. **Additional Information** * Work Location: Pasco * Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
