WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University Graduate in Social Work
Minimum accredited experience of 1–2 years in similar roles.
Strong analytical skills for information processing.
Personnel management, occupational well-being, and social documentation handling.
Knowledge of subsidy management, statutory benefits, and various EsSalud procedures, including administrative procedures before EsSalud, as well as experience using the VIVA EsSalud platform for managing medical leaves, exchanging CITT certificates, and claiming subsidies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide staff guidance regarding medical appointments and medical leaves, administrative procedures with EsSalud, social support, types of leave to request, among others.
Handle LIFE INSURANCE, SCTR, and other insurance procedures for our employees—including renewals, enrollments, removals, and insurance changes.
Calculate sickness, common accident, and maternity subsidies.
Process and monitor subsidies, medical leaves, recoveries at EsSalud, and beneficiary registrations, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
Organize events, programs, and activities that promote organizational well-being.
Implement and monitor the annual integration and well-being plan.
Prepare performance reports and metrics for this function.
Conduct staff training on topics such as medical leaves, social insurance, statutory benefits, procedures (e.g., permits, overtime), payroll statement interpretation, etc.
Provide accompaniment to employees during emergencies, occupational accidents, and/or social cases until their medical discharge.
Perform other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position.
