Job Summary:
Manages the patient's surgical process from the physician's order through to surgery execution, coordinating across multiple departments and ensuring continuous follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Coordinates with clinical, administrative, and medical departments.
3. Maintains constant communication with the patient.
**Job Description**

Manage the patient's surgical conversion process, from receipt of the physician's order through to surgery execution.
Receive and review medical orders issued by physicians.
Accurately enter medical orders into the BAW system, verifying that all registered information is complete and correct.
Conduct case follow-up after system registration.
Forward the order to the Budget Department for insurance coverage validation based on the patient's insurance provider.
Continuously monitor the insurer's evaluation process and response.
Coordinate with relevant departments to timely obtain insurance coverage confirmation and surgical authorization.
Once insurer approval is obtained, contact the patient to inform them and proceed with scheduling.
Enter data into Hubspot and classify the process.
Coordinate with the patient for their surgical risk assessment, verifying date availability and required prerequisites.
Coordinate a tentative surgery date, followed by the final confirmed date.
Coordinate with clinical, administrative, medical, insurance, budget, and surgical scheduling departments to ensure successful procedure execution.
Maintain constant communication with the patient throughout the entire process.
Follow up on pending cases, promptly identifying any obstacles that may delay surgery.
Resolve or escalate any issues arising during the management process.
Keep patient information and process stage tracking updated.
Ensure no case remains unattended or unmanaged.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Completed university or technical studies.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, commercial management, or patient coordination.
* Preferred experience in healthcare, insurance, clinics, or patient-related operations.
* Knowledge and application of commercial closing techniques.
* Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems, platforms, and software applications.
* Availability to work on-site.
* Strong organizational, follow-up, and multi-case management capabilities.
* Results-oriented mindset with commitment to meeting goals.
