**What are the main responsibilities of this role?**
* Perform optimal monitoring of accounts receivable in accordance with defined stages in the dunning process.
* Prepare, analyze, and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities to optimize the company’s liquidity position and ensure timely fulfillment of its financial obligations.
* Analyze exposure to financial risks—particularly foreign exchange risk—by evaluating and proposing hedging strategies using authorized financial instruments, thereby contributing to the protection of the company’s results against market volatility.
* Manage operational relationships with local and international financial institutions, overseeing cash management products, credit lines, financing, short-term investments, bank guarantees, and other instruments required for business operations.
* Analyze collections and payments behavior, proposing actions aimed at maximizing working capital efficiency and optimizing the use of financial resources.
* Lead, participate in, and provide functional support for treasury automation and digital transformation projects—including bank reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and banking connectivity—identifying improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
* Develop key performance indicators, dashboards, and management reports related to liquidity, indebtedness, foreign exchange exposure, bank balances, and financial forecasts, delivering timely information to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, risk matrices, and audit requirements related to treasury and fund management processes.
* Supervise the scheduling and execution of domestic and international payments, ensuring adherence to payment calendars, corporate policies, and established authorization levels.
* Execute and record transactions related to foreign currency purchase/sale, forwards, bank guarantees, loans, financings, and other financial products, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and internal procedures.
* Prepare and/or approve reports based on the nature and requirements of the position.
* Support assigned tasks from the immediate supervisor and contribute to departmental projects.
**What type of talent are we seeking?**
* University graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Two years of experience as a treasury assistant or analyst.
* Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Finance, Corporate Treasury, or Capital Markets (preferred).
* Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis.
* Intermediate-level MS Office skills required.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
