Job Summary: PCO Medical is seeking a responsible Occupational Physician to oversee and promote worker health, and to develop and implement occupational health programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive health surveillance of workers 2. Development and implementation of occupational health programs 3. Occupational health promotion and prevention At PCO Medical, we are looking for the best professional talent to fill the position of Occupational Physician. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree holder, registered with the medical association, and legally authorized to practice. * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an occupational physician. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for health surveillance of workers across various departments. * Develops and implements worker health surveillance programs based on identified health risks and requirements. * Determines workers' medical fitness for duty. * Responsible for educational activities related to worker health promotion and prevention. * Maintains ongoing coordination with the HR department to report follow-up on chronic cases. * Responsible for tracking occupational medical cases among workers. * Directly responsible for submitting the monthly status report on compliance with worker health surveillance programs (monthly report). * Conducts follow-up, coordination, and documentation of observations from medical examinations. * Coordinates the execution of return-to-work medical examinations.
