Active participation in the sales cycle and customer service. **PRODUCTOS ARTISAN S.A.C.,** a company dedicated to the sale of food and beverages, is currently searching for top talent for the position of **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT:** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or graduate of university or technical programs in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. · Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Experience in effectively managing commercial relationships with clients. · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** · Drafting letters, emails, requests, and other documents. · Generating performance indicator reports. · Handling and receiving sales inquiries via email or phone. · Monitoring the merchandising team and managing departmental needs. · Supporting daily sales team requirements (e.g., sales updates, quotations, etc.). · Daily recording of customer orders, among other tasks. · Coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics departments regarding order status and dispatch. · Responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, delivery timelines, and order status. · Coordinating with all departments related to the sales area. **Working Conditions** · Full statutory benefits enrollment. · Market-competitive salary. · On-site work. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM. · Pleasant work environment. · Salary: S/.1500 Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * Please provide your current phone number. * Describe your experience in this role, including responsibilities performed and achievements attained.
