Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to conduct commercial visits, generate new business opportunities, and expand the customer portfolio in the industrial hardware sector. Results-oriented approach and achievement of commercial objectives. We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join an industrial hardware company. The candidate will be responsible for conducting commercial visits to existing and potential customers, generating new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and achieving established commercial objectives. We seek candidates with experience in field sales, route management, and direct customer interaction—ideally within the hardware, industrial, or mass-consumption sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct commercial visits to existing and potential customers according to the assigned route. * Acquire new customers and expand the commercial portfolio. * Promote and sell company products. * Maintain close commercial relationships with customers. * Identify customer needs and sales opportunities in the field. * Follow up on orders, quotations, and sales closures. * Achieve established sales targets and commercial objectives. * Submit reports on conducted visits and commercial activities. * Identify market opportunities and competitors’ actions. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Representative, Field Commercial Executive, Route Merchandiser, or similar position. * Experience in the hardware, industrial, or mass-consumption sectors. * Experience performing 100% field-based work and customer visits via assigned routes. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Results-oriented approach and commitment to achieving commercial objectives. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to build commercial relationships. BENEFITS * Base salary of S/ 1,200 per month. * Uncapped commissions based on achievement of objectives. * Guaranteed commission of S/ 500 for the first 3 months. * Weekly mobility bonus of S/ 50. * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within the company. WORKING HOURS AND MODALITY Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 100% field-based work.
