Field Credit Promoter \- Jaén** A **leading financial institution**, in partnership with **Grafton Latam Perú**, is seeking Field Credit Promoters with or without financial experience to join its commercial team at its Jaén branches. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage client acquisition and field-based advisory services. * Promote financial products, including group loans, targeted at small and medium-sized economic units. * Conduct visits, follow-ups, commercial closings, and record all activities. * Achieve assigned commercial objectives. * Provide appropriate service and comprehensive advisory support to clients. **Requirements** * Incomplete studies or technical/university graduates in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in **sales, merchandising, field surveying, etc**. * Availability for **in-person field work**. * Preferably reside in areas near Lambayeque, Chiclayo, or Ferreñafe. * Motorcycle license and motorized vehicle (desirable) **Benefits** * **Base salary: S/ 1,440 \+ S/ 250 mobility allowance \+ Attractive and highly competitive commission scheme**. * **Full payroll registration** with all statutory benefits from day one. * **Career path** with possibility of reclassification in the 4th month (salary increase). * Ongoing training and professional development. * Job stability. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,440\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
