We are seeking a Client Specialist who is passionate about helping people take the next step after meeting with one of our attorneys. This is not a cold\-calling or high\-pressure sales position. Instead, it is an opportunity to educate, build confidence, remove barriers, and help prospective clients move forward with the legal representation they need.
The Client Specialist serves as the bridge between the attorney consultation and client enrollment. Success in this role comes from building relationships, communicating with empathy, and helping prospective clients make informed decisions.
This is a 100% remote position and reports directly to the Director of Client Engagement.

**Position Summary**
The Client Specialist is responsible for converting qualified consultations into retained clients by providing an exceptional client experience after the attorney consultation.
The attorney is responsible for providing legal advice and recommending the appropriate legal strategy. The Client Specialist is responsible for guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process, answering non\-legal questions, explaining representation agreements, discussing payment options, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and ensuring prospective clients feel supported throughout their decision\-making process.
This position requires excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with individuals who are often facing stressful and life\-changing situations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Follow up with prospective clients immediately after attorney consultations.
* Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the enrollment process.
* Answer non\-legal questions regarding the firm's services, process, timelines, fees, and next steps.
* Explain attorney recommendations without providing legal advice.
* Present representation agreements and assist clients with completing electronic signatures.
* Discuss payment options and available payment plans.
* Successfully overcome client objections through education and relationship\-building.
* Maintain consistent follow\-up until the prospective client makes a decision.
* Track all communication and follow\-up activities within the firm's case management system.
* Coordinate with attorneys, legal assistants, accounting, and intake to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Ensure all required enrollment documents are completed accurately.
* Meet and exceed monthly conversion, revenue, and client satisfaction goals.
* Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every client interaction.
* Provide a concierge\-level client experience from consultation through onboarding.
**QualificationsRequired**
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client engagement, client success, admissions, legal intake, or consultative sales.
* Demonstrated success closing high\-value services.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong active listening and objection\-handling abilities.
* Highly organized with exceptional follow\-up skills.
* Ability to manage multiple prospective clients simultaneously.
* Comfortable discussing legal fees and payment options.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Experience using CRM or case management software.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
**Preferred**
* Experience working in an immigration, criminal or personal injury law firm.
* Experience in legal intake or legal sales.
* Experience selling professional services.
* Experience using legal case management software.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
Performance will be measured using objective metrics including:
* Consultation\-to\-enrollment conversion rate
* Revenue generated
* Representation agreements signed
