Job Summary: Ensure the safe and timely transportation of students and staff, complying with traffic regulations and institutional protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe and timely transportation of authorized personnel and students 2. Responsibility for vehicle maintenance and cleaning 3. Management of documentation and daily vehicle reports The primary mission of this position is to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students and authorized personnel, in compliance with traffic regulations and institutional protocols. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for the assigned vehicle used to carry out duly authorized tasks and activities, including pedestrian pickup as stipulated by institutional guidelines. Transport students and staff with appropriate authorization. The vehicle will be under the incumbent's charge for duly authorized tasks and activities. Pedestrian pickup shall follow established guidelines. * Transport materials, documents, equipment, and furniture, supported by a delivery note. Record mileage, departure and arrival times, and gasoline volume (in gallons) in the Logbook and/or Charge Notebook; when transporting equipment or materials, verify with the facility security guard and deliver to designated recipients with a delivery note. * Follow instructions from the Asset Control Coordinator for transporting fixed assets, which must be accompanied by a security custodian. * Schedule preventive vehicle inspections. * Carry mandatory vehicle documentation at all times: Vehicle Title, SOAT insurance, technical inspection certificate, photocopy of insurance policy, and A3 driver’s license. * Schedule and maintain vehicle cleanliness. * Settle the provisional petty cash voucher within 24 hours. Cash allocated for toll payments and other expenses required for daily activities. * Daily check and report vehicle status (oil, coolant, tires, battery, fuel level) and odometer condition. * Immediately notify immediate supervisor—and, if applicable, the relevant insurance company—in case of vehicle malfunction and/or accidents. * Perform other duties assigned within the scope of employment. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience driving passenger buses * Valid A3 driver’s license * Preferably experience driving Mercedes-Benz buses * Preferably basic mechanical knowledge **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment * Statutory benefits (family allowance, bonuses, vacation, and CTS) * Overtime pay * 100% coverage for EPS and oncological insurance * Educational benefits * Continuous training Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
