We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in accounting, as accounting assistant or accounting aide. **(VERIFIABLE)** **Must reside in areas adjacent to the district of SAN MIGUEL.** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Verifiable experience in similar positions, especially in accounting records and importations. **Skills:** Proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Handling of billing software, issuing payment vouchers based on customer purchase orders (OC), verifying customer payment vouchers, accessing bank accounts to confirm payments prior to issuing the CP (payment receipt). Daily reporting of payment methods and monthly summary. Issuing Delivery Guides, recording accounting entries. Collaborating with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, where your contribution includes providing import revenue data and transferring relevant information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement.
