Importing and trading company with a solid presence in the Peruvian market. We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. Requirements: Technical or university studies, completed or incomplete, in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles, such as accounting assistant or clerk. Reside in areas adjacent to the district of San Miguel. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in similar positions, especially in accounting records and imports. Skills: proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: Operation of billing system, issuance of payment vouchers based on customer purchase orders, verification of customer payment vouchers, access to bank accounts to verify deposits prior to issuing payment receipts. Daily reporting of payments by payment method and monthly summary. Issuance of Shipping Guides, recording of accounting entries. Collaboration with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, contributing import revenue data and transferring information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
