Opportunity to work in the general services sector. **Job Description:** A leading company in the general services sector is looking for a **Administrative Assistant**, who is results-oriented, organized, and experienced in procurement and document management processes. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions within general services companies. * **Knowledge:** Intermediate-level Office skills (mandatory). * Valid CV with supporting documentation. * Must reside in **Los Olivos** or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Intermediate-level Office skills (mandatory) * Prepare, draft, and file internal and external documents, reports, and communications. * Maintain up-to-date records requested in databases of services rendered. * Produce photographic reports of services rendered. * Track document-related procedures and support internal processes. * Coordinate activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoice control and document filing, and review cash disbursement reports. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hybrid mode: 4 virtual days and 2 on-site days. **Work Location:** On-site/hybrid position in Los Olivos.
