Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle the recording, analysis, and reconciliation of banking and accounting transactions, fixed asset control, and inventory review. Office: Miraflores Work Schedule: 6x1 (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Main Responsibilities: * Recording of banking transactions and coordination with Treasury and Accounting departments. * Accounting recording of expense reports (travel allowances, petty cash, and pending deliveries). * Analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts. * Recording of tax withholdings (detracciones). * Fixed asset control and recording of depreciation. * Recording of payment vouchers. * Inventory review and reconciliation with warehouse records. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Junior Accountant. * Experience with **SAP Business One (SAP B1)** and **SISCONT**. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (advanced level preferred). * Availability to work 100% on-site in Miraflores.
