We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in accounting, accounting assistant, or similar role. Must reside in areas adjacent to the **San Miguel District**. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Verifiable experience in similar positions, especially in accounting records and imports. **Skills:** Proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Operation of billing software, issuance of payment receipts based on customer purchase orders, verification of customer payment vouchers, access to bank accounts to confirm incoming payments prior to issuing payment receipts. Daily reporting of income by payment method and monthly summary. Issuance of Shipping Guides, recording of accounting entries. Collaborate with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, contributing import revenue data and transferring relevant information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
