We are **TURISMO J.A.K.S.A**, with over 28 years of experience in interprovincial transportation. We are currently seeking a **BPO DATA ENTRY CLERK**. Join us for new experiences and opportunities — become part of our team.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical and/or university graduates in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
* Intermediate-level Office software proficiency.
* Availability to conduct field audits (occasionally).
* Availability to work in La Victoria from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare and organize documents, making them ready for digitization.
* Cross-check the accuracy of entered information, verify data correctness and completeness, and correct previously entered data as needed.
* Import and export data between different systems and database software.
* Ensure control over received documents.
* Validate and enter requested files/documents.
* Review sales revenue settlements for passenger tickets recorded in the system for each terminal and all route sales points.
* Prepare daily reports on ticket sales results and corresponding records.
* Perform cash reconciliation at sales points using Jaksa’s system data.
* Review and maintain control of daily route sheets, including tolls, tax withholdings, fixed driver payments, fixed crew payments, and driver commissions.
* Manage income records, loss prevention, audits, and inventories.
* Archive passenger manifests and sworn statements from terminals for any future contingencies.
* Archive daily route sheets issued by each cashier/counter.
* Cancel travel tickets, modify trips, change prices, or change routes in the system, subject to coordination and authorization by terminal managers.
* Maintain orderly document control filing systems.
* Support the Systems Department in changing travel tickets, cancellations, etc.
* Coordinate with the Legal Department to locate passengers required for urgent reasons.
* Other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
