Transportation management and shipment tracking A logistics company with over 15 years in the market is seeking an Operations Coordinator. University graduates or technical professionals in administration or related fields are required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. Competitive salary based on qualifications, formal employment registration (MYPE), vacation benefits, and social insurance are offered. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Chorrillos. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate transportation of goods, personnel, and/or materials. * Manage drivers' schedules and routes. * Monitor and track delivery guide issuance. * Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate and promptly communicate with customers regarding the status of their routes or transportation arrangements. * Handle petty cash. * Stay updated on transportation regulations and compliance requirements. * Prepare reports and summaries on fleet tracking. * Review daily reports. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or face-to-face sales, with or without call center experience. * 6 months or more of experience in process improvement and automation supporting customer service. * Knowledge of Lima’s districts and route orientation. (Mandatory) * Ability to resolve operational issues (for internal and external customers). * Capacity to lead work teams. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
