Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating dispatches, directing loading operations, monitoring deliveries, and controlling finished products—optimizing processes and leading personnel. Responsibilities: * Prepare dispatch waybills for construction sites; verify quantities and codes. **Request trucks, coordinating continuously with the petty cash administrator to optimize costs.** **Direct loading operations with personnel under supervision, optimizing labor hours, maximizing space utilization, verifying product bundling and protection.** * Continuously monitor trucks, ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, and meet scheduled delivery dates. * Maintain finished product stock cards (Kardex) and prepare reports upon request. **Schedule and control collection of tempered glass; train personnel; conduct quality inspections and coding; submit collection reports.** * Prepare reports for inventory of products at construction sites. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Education/Qualifications: Technical or university-level studies in Quality Control, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel skills and knowledge of sampling tables. Basic knowledge of Industrial Safety. Skills and Competencies: 1. Creative, 2.
