




Job Summary: Assist in managing financial operations, organize banking documentation, and provide operational support to facilitate the Finance Department's management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and analyze the issuance of warrants and their financial impact. 2. Coordinate credit line positions with banking institutions. 3. Analyze and update the daily debt and financial obligations position. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in effectively and timely managing financial operations. * Generate, organize, and archive banking management documentation. * Provide operational support to the Finance Manager to facilitate departmental management. Secondary Responsibilities: * Manage and analyze the issuance of warrants with issuing entities and banks, evaluating their impact on financial operations. * Coordinate and monitor warrant management with the designated warehouse operator (ALMA PERU), including extensions and releases. * Manage warrant releases according to financial operations requirements. * Coordinate with banking institutions regarding credit line positions, disbursements, and repayment of financing. * Record, validate, and update warrant-related information and documents in the SIGE system. * Record and monitor warrant invoices and vehicle insurance invoices in SIGE. * Analyze and update the daily debt and financial obligations position, preparing control reports. * Support financial operations by contributing to analysis and preparation of management reports. * Review contracts provided by the Foreign Trade Department to assess eligibility for pre- and post-shipment financing. * Prepare and submit financial information and documentation to banking institutions for financing purposes. * Prepare and manage required documentation for financing, including submission to banking institutions where applicable. * Implement, update, and conduct daily analysis of the projected cash flow for a two-week horizon. * Other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum accumulated verifiable experience of 2 years in financial management; interest rate negotiation; warrant management; preparation of financial reports. * Minimum 1 year of experience in financial management within manufacturing companies. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of accounting management software. * Knowledge of ERP software for management.
