





Mission or objective: Ensure the achievement of goals and objectives of the Finance Department, always aligned with the company's mission and vision, providing added value for decision-making by the Finance Management and Head Office. * Review and validate key performance reports from the department presented to various company leaders, Head Office, and other stakeholders. * Monitor compliance with KPIs established by Head Office, establishing action plans to prevent deviations. Recommend preventive action plans or complementary KPIs. * Design and/or redesign reporting models for management indicators and/or financial indicators, as well as financial instruments to mitigate risks and identify cash flow efficiencies. * Fully manage insurance policies related to company assets, facilities, machinery, transportation, personnel, and civil liability, in compliance with corporate policies and current regulations. * Contribute with the team to meet individual and departmental goals and objectives. Act as a mediator in resolving team or interdepartmental conflicts for the benefit of the company. * Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, creating positive connections and long-term working alliances. * Guide and support organizational change and innovation processes: facilitate a work environment where controlled risks can be taken to improve financial risk management. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the Finance Department. * Professional degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Accounting. * Desired knowledge in IFRS/CFA/FRM. * Desired proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, intermediate-level BI tools, and intermediate English.
