




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Manager to manage project information, construction schedules, procurement, costs, and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Manages technical information, construction schedules, and project costs. 2. Supervises physical progress, deviations, and work valuations. 3. Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety policies. At Imagina, we are currently seeking a Technical Office Manager. The main responsibilities are: * Manage and administer project technical information, including receipt, storage, distribution, and communication of modifications, RFIs, and change orders to the construction team. * Develop and control the overall construction schedule, supervise physical progress, identify deviations, and evaluate management indicators. * Manage and control on-site procurement, as well as prepare work valuations and contractor valuations based on approved progress. * Develop and supervise construction cost control, cash flows, monthly provisions, and validation of construction accounting. * Coordinate with the Procurement and Bidding Manager, providing required technical, financial, and documentary information to ensure timely preparation of construction contracts. * Know, apply, and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, the Internal OHS Regulation, and procedures established by the company; supervise mandatory use of PPE/PCP and assume assigned OHS responsibilities and authorities. Requirements: * Five years of experience in construction companies and two years in similar positions. Experience in cost management and operational summaries. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
