Position Summary: We are seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure operational excellence, customer service, and efficient team management in a well-known cafeteria. Key Highlights: 1. Oversees overall operations and ensures service continuity. 2. Coordinates and supervises staff, guaranteeing service quality. 3. Verifies supplies and prepares products according to quality and hygiene standards. A reputable cafeteria is currently searching for its next **Store Supervisor**. **Objective:** To supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with service, quality, and organization standards; proper cash handling and inventory management; and effective team leadership—resolving incidents and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience. **Main Responsibilities:** \*Supervise the entire shift’s operations, ensuring correct store opening and closing procedures and uninterrupted service. \*Coordinate and supervise staff, assigning tasks, monitoring attendance, performance, and customer service quality. \*Verify supply availability, receipt, storage, and restocking, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. \*Supervise proper product preparation, waste control, incident management, and cash handling as required. \*Consolidate and report shift-related operational data, coordinate resolution of malfunctions and incidents, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits and Conditions:** 2000 soles (RC \+ Basic) REMYPE payroll (15 days of vacation) 100% covered lunch Midweek days off (Monday to Thursday) Rotating schedule (day shift: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; night shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM) District: San Isidro Salary: S/.1,900\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
