




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive cash flow management, balance control, fund administration, and negotiations with financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages cash flow, balance control, and fund administration. 2. Negotiates with banks and optimizes investment of capital surpluses. 3. Supervises collections, schedules payments, and issues managerial reports. * **Prepare cash flow forecasts:** Designs and projects short-, medium-, and long-term cash inflows and outflows to anticipate cash surpluses or deficits. * **Monitor daily balances:** Tracks bank accounts in real time to verify actual fund availability. * **Administer petty cash funds:** Oversees proper use of petty cash and expense reimbursements for operational expenditures by staff. * **Negotiate with financial institutions:** Maintains contact with banks to agree on competitive interest rates, credit lines, loans, and fees. * **Invest surplus funds:** Allocates capital surpluses into safe and profitable financial instruments to avoid opportunity cost of idle cash. * **Open and close bank accounts:** Manages legal and operational procedures to establish or cancel corporate bank accounts. * **Schedule payment cycles:** Prioritizes and executes payments to suppliers, employee payroll, tax obligations, and financial debts. * **Supervise collections:** Coordinates with the credit and collections department to ensure customer revenues are received within agreed timelines. * **Issue managerial reports:** Presents periodic reports to Financial Management on net treasury position and budget compliance.
