This is how we develop mining—always attuned to change, driven by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining industry that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Support operational areas in fulfilling weekly and daily operational plans, as well as any other information supporting management and/or supervision. * Responsible for mine operations alongside the Field Shift Supervisor. * Responsible for updating the Gantt chart of activities to be carried out during the shift. * Responsible for shift handover data: updating production, meters, and status of the shift’s working faces. * Participate in shift handovers to update critical activities and jointly define, with Mining and Planning, the shift’s critical path. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Mining Engineering. * Five (5) years of experience in underground mining. * Experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of operational mining processes. * Advanced Power BI knowledge. * Desirable: knowledge of continuous improvement tools—Six Sigma, Kaizen, TOC. **Additional Information** * Work Location: Cerro Lindo (Ica, Chincha) * Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off At NEXA, we operate in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
