Maintenance Manager (Remote Operations)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in team management and process optimization to lead supervision and advisory support for industrial maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluates customer satisfaction surveys to develop training plans We are looking for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** \- Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields. (Licensed) \- Studies and/or knowledge in Engineering or technical disciplines focused on industrial equipment maintenance. \- Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at intermediate level). \- Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. \- Committed to continuous personal and team performance improvement. **Responsibilities:** \- Reviews and advises on inspections for equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Supervises and manages the preparation of technical reports for clients and/or suppliers. \- Prepares, evaluates, and analyzes KPIs related to service management and process control. \- Reviews load schedules and equipment technical specifications together with the Projects Department. \- Evaluates customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and incorporates findings into training plans. \- Prepares and evaluates technically required company forms (test protocols, inspection checklists for equipment to be installed or maintained, work procedures, and any other applicable forms). \- Tracks client requirements and needs and reports them to Management. \- Conducts site inspections at new client locations to prepare an economic proposal for a maintenance plan. **Benefits:** \- Salary payments on the 15th and 30th of each month \- Birthday bonus \- Full social benefits \- Career development path \- Positive work environment **Working Hours:** 14 X 7 Willingness to travel to mining sites **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
