Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates equipment maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with standards and effective resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of maintenance programs **Resident** ============ ### **Location: Volcan Andaychagua** **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement maintenance programs in accordance with equipment manufacturer standards. * Perform and/or participate in scheduling and planning of equipment maintenance services, according to factory standards. * Supervise equipment maintenance work in mine workshops, surface workshops, mining operations, equipment working faces, or other locations where required. * Coordinate with the client and/or Zonal Leader of Contracts on all equipment-related work under responsibility. * Approve and/or generate requests for consumables, materials, and spare parts for equipment maintenance services. **Requirements:** * Engineer, licensed in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in supervision activities for heavy equipment maintenance within the relevant business segment. * Experience in management systems, administration, and logistics (desirable). * Intermediate English. **Benefits:** We offer a pleasant work environment, competitive benefits, and development opportunities
