Plan, coordinate, and execute mineral exploration programs, ensuring acquisition of high-quality geological and economic information—from anomaly identification through resource profitability analysis—in alignment with project objectives and in coordination with key organizational departments. * 2\. Develop exploration plans and strategies in coordination with Community Relations and Environmental departments. * 3\. Manage, coordinate, and execute the exploration program, ensuring objective attainment and generation of high-quality information. * 4\. Prepare drilling programs for projects. * 5\.
