In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Inventorying, pulverizing, and briquetting samples for X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis * Preparing samples for clay determination and other mineralogical tests * Collaborating in the evaluation and interpretation of diffractograms and analytical results * Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and X-ray diffraction (XRD) instrumentation according to established protocols * Recording, documenting, and organizing analysis data and results in the laboratory’s information systems * Performing quality control of samples and verifying data accuracy prior to report generation * Collaborating in the preparation of technical reports and summaries of geological findings * Adhering to all laboratory safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 3 months of practical experience supporting XRD analysis activities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks * Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills * Availability to work rotating shifts as required **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training programs. * Corporate benefit agreements. * EPS health insurance premium covered at 80%.
