Coordinate with teams to develop technical and regulatory solutions. **Soils and Pavements Specialist Engineer – Road Works** At MW Contratistas Generales S.A.C., we are seeking a Soils and Pavements Specialist Engineer to join our team on road infrastructure projects. We seek a professional experienced in geotechnical studies, soil mechanics, and pavement design, who ensures compliance with applicable technical specifications and regulatory requirements during the execution and/or supervision of road works. **Requirements** Civil Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, or Geological Engineer, duly licensed and registered with the professional association. ***Minimum 4 years since obtaining the professional degree. Minimum 2 years of professional experience counted from registration with the professional association***. Must substantiate at least two (02\) participations holding any of the following positions: Engineer, Specialist, Responsible Officer, Head, Supervisor, Reviewer. Experience required in: * Soils and Pavements. * Soil and Pavement Mechanics. * Soil Studies. * Geotechnics and Pavements. * Soils, Pavements, and Materials. * Earthworks, Soils, and Pavements. * Or any combination of the aforementioned specialties. * Experience must have been acquired in the **execution and/or supervision of road works** **Responsibilities:** Review and validate soil mechanics and geotechnical studies. Supervise the quality of materials used in construction works. Verify compliance with technical specifications for soils and pavements. Evaluate laboratory and field test results. Issue technical reports and recommendations during project execution. Coordinate with the supervision team and contractor to resolve technical observations.
