Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Geologist, or Geotechnical Engineer with experience in soils, pavements, or geotechnical engineering for road construction consulting. Key Highlights: 1. Expert or team leader role in soils/pavements/geotechnical engineering 2. Focus on road construction consulting 3. Professional development in infrastructure projects ***NOTE: This requirement is for CONTRACT SIGNING (Law No. 32069)*** **1\. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering **2\. EXPERIENCE** Minimum two (02) years of experience as an expert and/or team leader in soils and/or pavements and/or geotechnical engineering, involved in the preparation and/or reformulation and/or supervision and/or evaluation **OF FINAL TECHNICAL FILES AND/OR PRE-INVESTMENT STUDIES AND/OR TECHNICAL FILES**, within road construction consulting, counted from professional registration. ***\- ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS*** * National, departmental, and provincial highways * Bridges * Viaducts * Grade-separated interchanges * Tunnels **3\. IMPORTANT:** \- Experience will not be evaluated solely based on the position held, but rather on: * The **nature of the project** * The **position held** \- A documented CV is required to assess the validity of the experience \- Experience must be substantiated by: (i) a simple copy of the contract and its corresponding acceptance document, or (ii) official letters, or (iii) certificates, or (iv) any other documentation that conclusively demonstrates the proposed candidate's experience.
