ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering **2\. EXPERIENCE** Minimum two (02) years of experience as an expert and/or team leader in soils and/or pavements and/or geotechnical engineering, involved in the preparation and/or reformulation and/or supervision and/or evaluation **OF FINAL TECHNICAL FILES AND/OR PRE-INVESTMENT STUDIES AND/OR TECHNICAL FILES**, within road construction consulting, counted from professional registration. ***\- ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS*** * National, departmental, and provincial highways * Bridges * Viaducts * Grade-separated interchanges * Tunnels **3\.
