Compliance with defensive driving and mining safety regulations **Job Description** A transportation company operating in the mining sector is seeking a 4x4 Utility Vehicle Driver responsible for the secure transport of personnel, equipment, and materials within mining operations, in compliance with current safety standards and regulations. **Main Responsibilities** \- Drive a 4x4 utility vehicle on internal mine routes and access roads. \- Safely transport personnel, supervisors, and materials. \- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (checklist). \- Comply with defensive driving and mining safety regulations. \- Report mechanical failures, incidents, or unsafe conditions. \- Maintain valid vehicle documentation. \- Observe authorized routes and speed limits within the mine. \- Support logistical activities as required. **Requirements** \- Valid Class AII\-B or higher driver's license. \- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (mandatory). \- Experience driving in mining environments (preferred). \- Certificate of defensive driving training (minimum 4 hours). \- Certificate of 4x4 driving training issued by an MTC\-accredited institution. \- Clean driving record \- Resident of Arequipa \- Availability to work under 14x7 or 20x10 shift systems **Working Conditions** \- Work location: Pampa de Cobre Mining Company \- Chapi Mine. \- Employment regime: 14x7 or 20x10\. \- Meals and accommodation provided at the on\-site mine camp. \- Transportation provided: Arequipa \- Mine \- Arequipa.
