Support in safety and operations A prominent mining sector contractor is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who meets the following requirements: Requirements * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and MS Office. * Experience in personnel control, reporting, and administrative support. * Prior experience in mining projects is desirable. Responsibilities * Submission of weekly working hours and tracking of personnel timecards. * Registration and follow-up of personnel assigned to SDP and new personnel for Community Relations. * Coordination and management of staff lunches. * Requesting and coordinating personnel with the Arequipa office. * Supporting corporate social responsibility activities and internal organization. * Preparing and monitoring safety reports. * Providing administrative support to the Safety and Operations department. * Must reside in Arequipa. * Accredited and authorized by SMCV (Mandatory) \- Immediate availability required.
