Possibility of future job openings **We Are Hiring! 03 Field Architects – Temporary Project at Mining Unit** We are currently seeking **03 Architects** to join a temporary project for **architectural surveying and infrastructure assessment of camps at a mining unit**, as part of a specialized service utilizing SLAM scanning technology. We seek professionals with experience in architectural surveying, preparation of As\-Built drawings, and evaluation of building conditions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct architectural surveys of camps and infrastructure at the mining unit. * Validate on-site the data captured via SLAM scanner and photographic documentation. * Prepare/review As\-Built architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations). * Assess the physical condition of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. * Prepare technical specifications and infrastructure diagnostic reports. * Coordinate with surveying and data processing teams to ensure deliverable quality. * Verify measurements, areas, and consistency of surveyed information. **Requirements:** * Degree holder or bachelor’s graduate in **Architecture**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in architectural surveying, construction supervision, or infrastructure assessment. * Experience in preparing As\-Built drawings / building surveys. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD is mandatory**. * Familiarity with **Revit, Civil 3D, Recap, CloudCompare, or point cloud software** is desirable. * Availability for temporary work at a **mining unit**. * Residence in **Lima is mandatory**. * **Own high-performance laptop (i7 or higher processor, minimum 16 GB RAM, suitable for 3D rendering and modeling).** * Valid driver’s license is desirable. **We Offer:** * High-impact technical temporary project * Meals, accommodation, and transportation covered * Opportunity to participate in technology innovation projects applied to 3D surveying * Possibility of future job openings based on performance **Apply by sending your updated CV and salary expectations to info@jbringenieria.com.pe** *Only applicants meeting the requirements for architectural surveying / infrastructure assessment will be considered.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
