Requirements \* Basic Education: Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or other related engineering degrees \* Specialization \- Occupational Safety and Health within the framework of Peruvian legal regulations \* Desirable: Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) \* Software Proficiency \- Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Word) \- Teams \- Canvas \- Power BI (desirable) \- Other up-to-date tools. \* Minimum one year of prior experience in occupational safety and health and environmental management in the mining sector. Functions \* Monitor compliance with applicable occupational safety, health, and environmental legal regulations. \* Monthly tracking of programs, objectives, and targets, and preparation of reports. \* Development of IPERC and PETS matrices, and updating existing hazard and risk matrices. \* Monitor occupational safety and health (OSH) management for field projects. \* Provide occupational safety and health induction to new personnel and, as applicable, to contractors’ staff. \* Develop awareness and sensitization materials on safety, health, and environment. \* Maintain orderly and up-to-date occupational safety and health documentation and records, including staff training records. \* Inspect management and operational tools documentation. \* Other duties inherent to the area.
